Larry Mowry an American AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist who was born and raised in Loudonville, Ohio working with WLS/ABC 7 as a meteorologist. She previously worked at KTVT as a chief meteorologist.

Mowry began his career as a meteorologist after his graduation. He is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) with the American Meteorological Society. At present, Mowry is ranked as one of the best severe weather broadcast meteorologists in the country. He’s been on the air for countless tornado warnings and showing many tornadoes live on the air during his time in Dallas.
He first worked as an ABC 7 meteorologist in 2004. From 2005-2008, he worked as the Morning Meteorologist at WKMG the CBS station in Orlando, Florida. He then left to join KTVT | CBS DFW from January 2008 to April 2016. He joined Abc 7 where he has been working as a meteorologist until date.
