Noah played five seasons with the Oregon State Beavers. As a freshman, Noah caught 10 passes for 73 yards and a touchdown. Following the season, Noah joined the OSU basketball team and played in two games before leaving the team in January 2016 to focus on football. He had four catches for 31 yards in the first game of his sophomore season against Minnesota, and in the next game against Idaho State, he sprained ligaments in his right knee and took a medical redshirt.

Noah missed his redshirt year due to an ankle injury and started nine games with 10 catches for three touchdowns and 77 yards. Named to the Pac-12, Noah caught 44 passes for 406 yards in three games as a senior. Noah finished his college career with 102 tackles, 10 touchdowns, and 1,048 yards in 44 games (37 starts).

On April 25, 2020, Noah signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent. Noah was waived during the final roster cut on September 5, 2020.
