Nydja hit the ground running at KNOE here by immersing herself in covering the community’s stories. She has covered the call for police reform by the Monroe NAACP in the wake of nationwide civil unrest, severe storm coverage, and the effects of the coronavirus pandemic across Northeast Louisiana.
Nydja is a news junkie and passionate storyteller! Previously before joining KNOE, she worked as a Desk Assistant at the #1 local news station in the country, WABC-TV in New York City. She also interned at WPVI-TV, Philadelphia, PA’s ABC affiliate, where she worked on the “FYI Philly” lifestyle show.
