Perry Noble is an American author, preacher, and senior pastor of Second Church. Anderson is the founder of New Spring Church in South Carolina. He founded the church in January 2000. Noble graduated from Anderson University in 1994 with a degree in communications.

In January 2000, Anderson founded New Spring Church in Southern California. He planted a new church in Anderson in 2018 and opened it in January 2019 as a church plant called Second Chance Church.

He caused a stir by using the word “nigger” at a Christmas Eve performance in 2014. After his sermon on Christmas Eve, a debate broke out over the word at the beginning of his speech. Perry says there is no word for “level” in Hebrew, but in fact there is. He and the New Church suffered greatly because of this mistake. Especially after he apologized.
