Sarigianopoulos a reporter and anchor working at KARE 11. Back in 2012, she earned a regional Emmys and a National Edward R. Murrow Award for hard news reporting. After some years of her anchoring and reporting at WITI in Milwaukee, she joined KARE back in 2005. She as well worked at Madison, Wisconsin’s WKOW and Dubuque, Iowa’s Fox40.

She began her career working as a producer at WKBN-TV. She worked at the station for over and later left back in early 1997. She then joined KFXB-TV after having left WKBN-TV and then served as a reporter there for some few months and then left in 1998. She moved from KFXB-TV and then joined WKOW-TV in the same month and has since worked as a reporter and anchor for four years covering different topics.
