Knowles is a motivational speaker, language and performance coach, advisor to students, politicians, and business leaders. Knowles made his Broadway debut in The Lightning Thief on October 16, 2020 at the Longacre Theater for a 16-week limited run. The New York Times named him on its 2019 Best of Theater list for his performance of nine characters in 25 rapid transitions. Off-Broadway, Knowles has starred in the award-winning New Skull alongside Christine Pedy, Michael West and Christina Bianco.

Knowles directed her first film Camp Hell in 2008 with Hall Digger Films. It’s a chilling thriller. Oscar nominee Bruce Davison, Emmy winner Dana Delaney, and Jesse Eisenberg star in the film.
