Pepper after being undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft Signed a contract with any team for the 2016 season. On January 27, 2017, he signed a reserve/future contract with the Green Bay Packers. Pepper signed with the Baltimore Ravens on August 28, 2017, but was waived four days later.

On September 25, 2017, Tybull left the Packers to replace the injured Brett Goode. He broke his foot during a practice on November 3, 2017 and was placed on injured reserve.
