Tom Messner is America’s Chief Meteorologist and has been with NBC for 5 years, since joining the station in 1990. Messner is a member of the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society and was one of the first weather analysts in the United States to receive a certified Broadcast Meteorologist.
