England attended the University of Utah and played in twelve games, starting eight as a freshman. UK was awarded All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention. In addition, he was named a Freshman All-American wide receiver by Pro Football Focus for his work as a punt returner, as well as a first-team All-American by The Sporting News and Scout.com, where he primarily played football. He played for the team and led the team with 916 all-purpose yards.
