David Axelrod Biography
David Axelrod (David M. Axelrod) an American political consultant and analyst known for being the Chief Strategist for Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns. He got appointed as Senior Advisor to the President after Obama became President.
He left the position in 2011 to head Obama’s successful re-election campaign in 2012 as the Senior Strategist. Axelrod is the director of the non-partisan Institute of Politics at the University of Chicago and CCN’s Senior Political Commentator.
