Frank Billingsley an American award-winning meteorologist and author working for KPRC-TV serving as a meteorologist. He started working for the station as chief meteorologist in February 1995.

He started off her career as a meteorologist in1982 in Virginia and later in Texas. Back in 1986 he joined forces worked with WLOX in Biloxi where as a meteorologist for about two years. He later joined moved to KTRK-TV in 1989 where he served as a chief meteorologist. Since 2013-to 2014, he served at Ecology Communcations Group Inc. where he served as a Weather Ecology Specialist.
He as well authored Swabbed & Found: An Adopted Man’s DNA Journey to Discover His Family Tree (2017). He got inspired to write the book after he found his long time lost parents. Away from work he enjoys spends his free time with his family and friends. .
