During the breaking news of the Orlando Pulse nightclub terror attack, Lauren was the first correspondent of the network on the ground, leading special report coverage from the scene.
As part of the breaking news team coverage of the shooting, she won an Emmy Award in 2017. Her reporting has brought her from Florida’s Hurricane Matthew to Southern California wildfires to Texas tornadoes. During the breaking news of the Brussels terror attack, she anchored the early morning network show.
