He played in 12 games at OSU during his freshman season, recording two touchdowns and one reception on special teams. During the Beavers’ COVID-19-shortened 2020 season, Luke caught 12 passes for 142 yards and appeared in seven games, including three starts. In his sophomore season, he caught 22 passes for 304 yards and a touchdown. He suffered a ruptured kidney in the third quarter of Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers on November 19.

On January 6, 2024, Luke’s door opened. Luke had three touchdown passes in the game against the Cowboys, including a touchdown and a 38-yarder. Luke made his first start of the season with three catches and 52 yards.
