He played in 12 games at OSU during his freshman season, recording two touchdowns and one reception on special teams. During the Beavers’ COVID-19-shortened 2020 season, Luke caught 12 passes for 142 yards and appeared in seven games, including three starts. In his sophomore season, he caught 22 passes for 304 yards and a touchdown. In addition, Luke was named the Pac-12 Conference Special Teams Player of the Week and blocked a punt and returned it 27 yards for a touchdown in a 42-34 win over Utah State.

In the 2023 NFL draft, Musgrave was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the second round with the 42nd overall pick. On July 19, Luke signed a new contract. Luke made his NFL debut on September 10, 2023, catching three passes for 50 yards in a 38-20 victory over the Chicago Bears. He suffered a ruptured kidney in the third quarter of Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers on November 19.

He was still recovering from his injury but was taken to hospital that day and Luke was discharged two days later. He was placed in the trauma center on November 22. On January 6, 2024, Luke’s door opened. Luke had three touchdown passes in the game against the Cowboys, including a touchdown and a 38-yarder. Luke made his first start of the season with three catches and 52 yards.
