Wendy Moniz is an American television actress, known for her roles as Rachel McCabe on Nash Bridges, Louisa Archer on The Guardian, and best known for her role as Dinah Mahler on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. Moniz also appeared in other films such as “Crime”, “Yellowstone” and “House of Cards”. Before that, he was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.
